The location couldn't be more perfect. being right on the central plaza made exploring the area super easy. Our room was clean, featuring a cozy atmosphere that helped us relax after a day of sightseeing. I really appreciated the fresh coffee and herbal teas available all day, as it added a nice touch to our stay. The breakfast was decent, though a bit limited, but we enjoyed it outside on the terrace with beautiful views. One big downside was the street noise. It was quite disruptive, especially at night when cars and crowds filled the area. The windows didn't provide much sound insulation, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom had some minor maintenance issues, like a clogged shower drain that could use some attention. Overall, while the positives were lovely, the noise factor is something to consider if you're a light sleeper.

The location is incredibly central, making it
easy to explore the stunning town of Guatapé. However, the room I stayed in had some issues, like a noisy street that hindered sleep, yet the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely experience.

The view from the restaurant is breathtakingly beautiful.
The noise from the busy street was unbearable. We had no sleep at all due to the constant honking and revving of engines outside. Moreover, the air conditioning system hardly worked, leaving our room stuffy and uncomfortable.

The room was super clean and had a cozy vibe. I loved that they had fresh coffee and herbal teas available all day. Relaxing on the sun terrace with gorgeous views and taking a dip in the jacuzzi made the stay even better. My only complaint was the occasional street noise, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊
